Akinwale Akinlawon & Co. is a respected commercial law firm in Nigeria, known for its integrity, excellence, and strong client relationships. However, their previous website didn’t reflect that standard—it was outdated, slow, and lacked the polish of a firm of their calibre.
Our goal was to translate their real-world professionalism into a digital experience that feels credible, confident, and contemporary.
Objectives
To guide the redesign, we outlined key goals focused on user experience, brand perception, and long-term digital performance:

Approach
We began by studying how top-tier global law firms structure their websites—especially those that blend authority with approachability.
Through a Discovery & Research phase, we defined user personas: corporate clients, individual clients, and referral partners.
Then we moved into UX and UI design, ensuring every visual and copy choice supported clarity and trust. Our process included:
- Wireframing and content mapping
- Clean, minimalist visual design with bold typography
- Mobile-first layout and responsive grid system
- SEO and technical optimization (structured metadata, site speed)
Execution
Brand Refresh:
We updated the color palette to project confidence, deep navy paired with warm neutrals, and standardized typefaces for consistency.
Website Design & Development:
We built a WordPress-based site optimized for speed, accessibility, and future scalability.

- Dynamic forms for contact and consultation requests
- SSL, caching, and hosting setup for security and performance
We rewrote every page to sound both sophisticated and human. The messaging was framed to instill confidence without legal jargon.
